Our experience in the industrial kitchen sector shaped with the mindset of “Why don’t we produce the products we wish we had?”. Our journey that started with restaurant management in the 1980s continued in England in 1996 with 17 restaurants. Motivated by the gaps in the fried chicken sector in Turkey, we established Makfry company in 2011 and began producing machines everyone needed. Today, we continue to grow with our machines found in kitchens in over 70 countries. We manufacture 100% of all equipment and food products required to produce fried chicken.
